faulty air conditioning no solution

the location was quite acceptable near the waterfront.

the air conditioning unit was not functioning properly. it was excessively cold in the room, i alerted the reception desk, however, no immediate action was taken to resolve the issue. i found myself forced to endure the discomfort throughout the night without any feasible solution.

comfortable bed complimentary water free internet responsive staff

the bed was very comfortable. i received complimentary bottled water at check-in. free internet access was available throughout my stay. the staff responded quickly to my requests.

the elevators experienced slight delays during peak hours.

easy exploration quick access cleaned room

The location is excellent. It allowed easy exploration of Lower Manhattan on foot and quick access to the Brooklyn Bridge. Subway stations are very close, especially Fulton and Wall Street. The room was cleaned VERY well.

The carpet seemed a little old.
