The location near penn station was great and it felt secure! the room itself was very clean each day and the housekeeping staff did an amazing job. i really appreciated the access to the fitness center. It allowed me to maintain my routine while i was away from home.

The room had a comfortable bed and electrical sockets were conveniently placed by the bedside table. The shower offered good temperature and water pressure! a window in the room actually opened, giving access to fresh air.

the staff kept the room very clean each day, so the service was very thorough, meeting my expectations! they allowed me to store my luggage at the hotel free of charge, because my flight was late at night.

We walked to Penn Station since it was nearby. The hotel room had a comfortable bed! Electrical sockets were present by the bedside table. The water pressure in the shower was good. Temperature was too.
The room lacked amenities. There were no extra toiletries provided. I was only given two room temperature bottles of water. The ice machine was in the basement, not convenient.

The location is excellent near many bus stops. The staff scheduled a car pickup and walked me to the corner when the road was unexpectedly closed. The service was really good there.
The gym had gum wrappers, dust, dirt and old wipes in the cup holders. Cleanliness of a gym is vital, and I did not consider it to be very clean. The machines need more attention.
