The crew at the reception was very nice. the location was convenient, offering easy access to various destinations. i liked that the hotel felt newer and well kept. it had its own parking lot too. That's a great plus!
the bathroom has a light sensor, which i found odd. there was no daily cleaning included . they placed a refundable charge of $150 usd on my card for potential inconveniences. this was a bit of a hassle since i used a debit card, and the front desk charged both the stay and the fee without informing me.

the location was convenient. access to public transportation was easy.
the staff seemed slow! there was often only one person at the desk, so waiting was long. one trainee struggled with a lobby full of people, not ideal.

the location proved convenient. i could easily walk to my son's apartment in about 4 minutes. my granddaughter loved our nightly walks back. i was able to walk around every morning and accompany her to school.
the staff did not clean our room daily. they only offered cleaning once a week. this policy felt counterintuitive, since i booked a longer stay, i expected more frequent service (not less!).

the room had a functional kitchenette with all needed amenities. it offered great views towards manhattan just a block or two away. plenty of restaurants and a whole foods were nearby.

the room was spacious and had a nice kitchen area. a list of various restaurants was available. the bed provided a comfortable space for sleeping (i slept like a baby!).

i was pleased with the convenient location near public transportation. The room included a functional kitchenette, WHICH allowed for some meal preparation. The staff members were generally amicable and addressed inquiries promptly.
the weekly cleaning schedule resulted in some trash accumulation , AND i had to manage disposal myself. i experienced inconsistencies in the water temperature during showers. i also noticed that the towel rail in the bathroom was loose and in need of repair.

The full kitchen was acceptable. I mean, i could heat up my takeout, right?
the bathroom had a light sensor i guess was intended to be helpful, but it just kept turning the lights on and off all night! it was pretty annoying and made it hard to sleep, like a disco in the loo, honestly, and then there was a 'refundable charge', for what, good behavior?
