stale muffins elevator problem
the room was clean enough and i didn't spot any obvious stains.
The breakfast was a joke. Just some stale muffins. the elevator acted up, i saw a vacuum cleaner riding solo. the room faced a brick wall, a inspiring view though.

Excellent Stay near Central Park
central location clean room friendly staff free beverage
The location worked well. I found it a short walk to Central Park and several subway lines. The room was very clean. The staff (Jerry remembered my name, a nice touch) were friendly and offered assistance with directions. The free coffee and tea in the lounge offered a good alternative to expensive cafes.
The street noise was a little noticeable at night.

the staff was really helpful and nice. I could get water bottles every day, that was amazing. My room had enough space for all my luggage and shopping bags. the bathroom was sparkling CLEAN.
the elevator was a little slow, i had to wait a bit Sometimes.

lovely touch useful iron
I found the location great for accessing various attractions. the guest lounge offered complimentary pastries and coffee, a lovely touch. i appreciated having an iron in the room. It was very useful for my clothes.
the room i had was smaller than expected, though this did not significantly affect my visit. a larger space would have been preferable, especially considering i had luggage.
