great delicity view
The location was amazing. I walked to many shows and found a great deli nearby. the staff was amazing. One person upgraded me to a room boasting a nice city view!
the hotel is looking slightly tired overall with minor wear and tear on the furniture.

the location was excellent for exploring. a 7-eleven store was conveniently next door. my room was on the 20th floor, and it remained quiet throughout my stay.
the room decor is starting to show its age. i also found the lack of a water dispenser in the lobby inconvenient.

i found the staff helpful. a staff member named sharee was particularly lovely, helping us resolve some important issues. the staff were also very friendly on the whole.

the hotel is within walking distance of broadway, empire state building, and other popular sites. its proximity to penn station and times square among various attractions makes it accessible. this central location made it easy to get around

the location is great and close to the train stations and times square. i had a wonderful view from the 29th floor. the hot breakfast was very good.
the hotel was generally very small and dated! there were no communal areas where you could get out of your room and have a snack or drink.
