Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
The Hyatt Herald Square New York appears to be a well-located choice for exploring Manhattan, with common experiences including easy walks to the Empire State Building, Times Square, and Macy's, as well as convenient access to subway lines. Guests frequently mention the comfortable and well-equipped rooms, with some noting spacious layouts and great city views, especially from the rooftop bar; the rooftop view is especially popular, even though the bar might be closed depending on the season. A welcome drink at the hotel bar is a recurring perk enjoyed by many. A few guests have pointed out that the breakfast service could be slow due to high demand.
