The location was CONVENIENT, near major attractions and public transportation. I found the facility to be clean. The staff was friendly and always helpful, providing quick assistance when needed.

Convenient Location and Clean Rooms!
easy access clean room attentive staff
The location proved very convenient and offered easy access to many sites. The room was clean and updated. it was in excellent condition. Staff members were attentive and always provided super clean service. Check-in was easy, which I appreciated after a long day of travel.
I noticed the rooms were not very large. It was a bit tight on space, and maneuvering around required some planning.

Acceptable stay with some issues
slow elevators inconvenient ice
The staff assisted with an early check in. This was a nice start after a long flight.
I encountered a few problems. The elevators were quite slow. I often waited several minutes. Ice was only available on a few floors which was not convenient (this made simple tasks harder).

clean room comfortable beds
The hotel provided a very clean room. It also had comfortable beds. The front desk managed luggage storage at both ends of my trip. This allowed me to explore without bags.
Only two elevators shared service carts. This caused wait times and made it hard to get ice.

There is a fitness center with treadmills and stationary bikes. A business center is accessible with computers and printers. Ice machines are located on select floors, including the fourth and fifteenth floors.

convenient stay
subway lines early check-in quiet neighborhood
i found the location quite accessible to various subway lines. the reception staff facilitated an early check-in, which i appreciated after a long journey. a quiet chelsea neighborhood surrounds the hotel.
the hotel did not offer lounge area with chairs inside the building , only a front desk was available.
