I enjoyed having coffee service available in the lobby. Refillable water bottles were available on every floor. I found the staff to be super nice with a lot of attention to detail.
The soundproofing was poor. I could hear noise from the street and hallway.

the hotel provided free water and coffee, a really welcome touch. the room size suited a traveler like myself, which i appreciated. staff members were always helpful and friendly,.
the coffee area did need maintenance. i noticed it wasn't always kept as tidy as it could be. it's a small thing, but definitely noticeable.

non-working tvsno compensation
I was disappointed . the televisions were not working in the rooms. i requested it to be fixed, and someone came quickly, but they couldn't figure out the problem. they said they'd return the next morning, but they did not. i had to make multiple trips to the front desk to get someone to fix it or move us. nobody offered any compensation for the inconvenience. It really messed up my stay.
