a cozy stay near times square
convenient location friendly staff kind receptionist easy access
i found the location quite convenient, it allowed easy access to key points in the city. the staff proved super friendly and competent, ready to assist with any queries. i really appreciated the early check-in, touria at the front desk was kind.
the elevator wait times were long, sometimes frustrating. it was the only minor inconvenience i encountered .

The fitness center had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. A great way to start my day. the laundry facilities included coin-operated machines and detergent vending, very useful. i could also purchase snacks from a vending machine.

The hotel is a short walk from times square and many shops, very convenient. The neighborhood felt safe. multiple subway lines are accessible within a few blocks, and that simplified transport. many restaurant options are nearby too.

my room featured a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator and a stovetop! the bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows. i could also control the room temperature easily with the thermostat.

I found the location is very good for accessing various attractions. The kitchen had a full-sized refrigerator that was super useful. The staff was friendly and efficient and I appreciate that.
The elevator wait times were long during peak hours and that was not ideal.

The front desk was always staffed and ready to assist with inquiries. I noted housekeeping offers weekly service, but you can request amenities anytime. The staff were quick to address needs .

the location was very convenient to times square i found the price amazing for the location it offers. the staff were very friendly . the hotel is in a good location.
the wifi barely connected i experienced some issues. i also noticed a musty smell in my room upon arrival. the elevators were old and a bit slow.

Adequate stay near Times Square
convenient location friendly staff bus terminal running toilet poor response inconvenient process
The location is certainly convenient. It is close to the Port Authority Bus Terminal. It's also a short walk to Times Square and Broadway. I found the staff to be friendly, even when I checked in late at night.
The room had some issues. The toilet ran constantly (which was distracting). Response to my requests was poor, unfortunately. I could not call the front desk directly. I had to go through a third party, inconvenient.

The location was great. I could walk to popular spots within 30 minutes. The room had basic cooking utensils (very useful).
The bed was uncomfortable and needs changing. Many things in the room need updating. The communication between the hotel team was not good enough. I had to chase things several times.
