The Nolitan Hotel has 57 rooms. Standard king and queen rooms (235 square feet) are located on floors 2-9. The Neighborhood Balcony rooms (235 square feet) on floors 2-9 overlook Kenmare Street and feature a glass-encased balcony with bench seating. Corner king rooms (265 square feet) are located on floors 2-9, feature floor-to-ceiling windows with views of Elizabeth Street, Kenmare Street, and the Williamsburg Bridge. Accessible Neighborhood rooms (235 square feet) overlook Kenmare Street. The Nolitan Suite (513 square feet) offers city views of the Empire State Building. Most rooms feature a separate water closet, an open-style bathroom with a rain shower and vanity area. Select rooms include a soaking tub. All rooms feature hardwood oak floors, a desk, and a Venetian plaster wall. Rooms come with a 37-inch HD flat-screen LG television, Bluetooth stereo, and Aveda bath products. A basket of toys and treats is provided for pets.
