plush bed cozy atmosphere elegant room loud air conditioning poor water pressure lukewarm water
my room was recently renovated and felt elegant. the comfortable bed was very plush, and i enjoyed resting there. the lighting created a cozy atmosphere in the room.
The air conditioning was excessively loud. It disturbed my sleep. despite adjustments at the thermostat, it turned back on during the night. the shower had very poor water pressure, and the water wasn't warm enough.

convenient location friendly staff great lighting
The location was unbelievably convenient. I could walk to many attractions. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. My room included great lighting and mirrors.

Acceptable Location. Disappointing Room
missing refrigerator inconvenient absence
The location was acceptable for accessing nearby attractions.
The room lacked basic amenities. I found the absence of a refrigerator quite inconvenient, especially for a longer stay. The hotel should really consider adding such basics.

fantastic location and efficient service
superb location efficient luggage service helpful desk service
the location is superb, a short walk to times square. the staff efficiently handled my luggage both upon arrival and departure. i found the front desk service helpful (they provided prompt assistance). i liked the proximity to various dining options, made meals very convenient.
the elevators were quite small. often, there was a wait due to their limited capacity.

the hotel features a water and ice machine located on the 2nd floor. this was useful for refilling water bottles at any time. the gym was small (i did not use it).

The staff was very cute. they securely stored luggage after checkout, allowing continued exploration of the city. assistance with securing a taxi to the airport was swift. One arrived within three minutes.

the executive queen room was spacious, approximately 27 sqm. the bed had comfortable new pillows. daily cleaning maintained a super clean environment. the room included a functional heating system.

the hotel is situated near times square and bryant park subway stations. it offers easy access to various attractions. numerous restaurants are located nearby (very convenient for meals). the immediate surroundings felt relatively quiet.

small elevator broken air conditioning
the elevator situation wasn't ideal. they were small, i mean like closet-sized. fitting more than two people with luggage seemed like a challenge, a very tight one. also, the air conditioning was BROKEN. it was either too hot or too cold with no in-between.

helpful staff central location missing refrigerator difficult shower
the hotel was very central i found it easy to reach attractions. the staff member alam was very helpful he. i needed a room change alam organized it well and was very supportive.
my room lacked a refrigerator i found that inconvenient. the shower was also difficult to operate i struggled to figure it out.
