I found the location very convenient. It was just a short walk from the central train and bus stations. i appreciated the proximity to a shopping mall. It was easy to grab food and any essentials i needed. the staff were helpful and stored our bags for free after we checked out. This was really useful. the room was modern and very clean!
The soap bottles in the shower and at the sink were almost empty. It was difficult to wash my hair with the shower bottle.

strange smellpoor shower
the bathroom had a strange smell. i couldn't identify what it was (it was definitely unpleasant). the shower wasn't great either. these issues impacted my overall impression of the room, it seemed like basic maintenance was lacking.

infrequent cleaningpoor service
the room cleaning was not frequent enough. the hotel only cleaned the room every three days i think. i had to go to reception for towels and toilet paper when they ran out. this felt INCONVENIENT and should have been handled better

The front desk staff was helpful with directions. Breakfast included a variety of options. The train station was a short walk. I could access the city bus from near the hotel. I thought it was easy to get around.
The room cleaning schedule only occurred every three days. I would have preferred daily service.

The location is close to the main train station. Breakfast included bacon and scrambled eggs, I liked it. An extra single bed in the room proved useful for luggage storage since it didn't fit on the luggage stand.
The air conditioning worked minimally. The stay was uncomfortable because of this. The room was hot.
