I LOVED the rooftop bar. The views were extensive. The staff was very attentive . Breakfast offered MANY choices and was consistently replenished.

the room WAS small and lacked sufficient storage for clothes.

Staff members were readily available and spoke multiple languages, which assisted with check-in and any questions i had. The housekeeping service kept everything clean and tidy each day. I felt well taken care of.

smooth check-in breakfast option comfortable bed

the hotel offered early check-in it was very smooth the reception team was cute i found them professional. the breakfast had many options the terrace was lovely. the room was very clean the bed was comfortable i also liked the toiletries provided

the hotel lacked tea and coffee making facilities in the room it also did not have complimentary water

small room poor cleaning

the room felt small almost claustrophobic the space beside the bed was barely enough to pass. there were no drawers only a few hangers i was like i was living out of my suitcase. the tv wasn't a smart tv i couldn't even change the language. i found a sock from previous guests so the cleaning was clearly poor.
