I LOVED the rooftop bar. The views were extensive. The staff was very attentive . Breakfast offered MANY choices and was consistently replenished.

the hotel offered early check-in it was very smooth the reception team was cute i found them professional. the breakfast had many options the terrace was lovely. the room was very clean the bed was comfortable i also liked the toiletries provided

the room felt small almost claustrophobic the space beside the bed was barely enough to pass. there were no drawers only a few hangers i was like i was living out of my suitcase. the tv wasn't a smart tv i couldn't even change the language. i found a sock from previous guests so the cleaning was clearly poor.

The location is excellent. It is close to the train station and other public transportation options.

The room LACKED several basics! There was no kettle, coffee machine, or even complimentary water bottles, which I consider MINIMUM for a hotel of this supposed caliber. I also found a dirty sock from previous guests on the floor, suggesting the cleaning was not thorough. The walls felt PAPER-thin. I could hear noise from the street and other rooms.
