The staff was so sweet! a welsh cake awaited me in my room upon arrival. The room was clean. i felt so welcome and cared for. breakfast was tasty and filling.
Dining areas needed more heat. constant music played and it bothered me. i longed for paths to roam, but i found the road noisy and lacking a footpath. I was disappointed.

my room was near the road, so there was noticeable traffic noise. the bathroom door was difficult to lock. the shower tray had some stains.
