I dealt with Viorica for accommodation arrangements prior to my visit. She was always available to address my questions. Jodi assisted with hosting a family dinner in the bar, and the arrangements went smoothly. The serving staff was attentive. The food was delicious. Compliments to the chefs are in order. The bedroom was very satisfactory, I am pleased.

My assigned room was quite cold. it was located very close to the main entrance of the facility. I informed reception, and they arranged for a heater to be brought to the room. It was left inside the door and not plugged in.

The room featured clean, well kept furnishings and a comfortable bed, and the bathroom included complimentary toiletries and fresh towels. The climate control system worked efficiently. Guests can expect a restful environment.

The staff at the reception desk were consistently polite and helpful during check-in and check-out. Restaurant personnel provided prompt and courteous service, and the bar staff prepared beverages quickly. It was excellent service.

The room was quite disappointing. The condition of the bathroom was substandard. I requested a face cloth, but the housekeeping staff did not know what it was. The walls are thin, and I could hear noise from other rooms, especially the housekeeping trolleys early in the morning.
