small room loud music

The room was small, i found that disappointing. the television also had issues. I couldn't get screen casting to work , which was annoying. the noise levels were unbearable until 3am. loud music and shouting came from below. It made sleep impossible.

The location was convenient as most sights were within an easy walk. The staff was courteous and efficient. My room was clean and warm. I had dinner in the restaurant. It was great, as was breakfast.

I had two suitcases and was on the second floor. There are no lifts. This presented some difficulty upon arrival and departure.

excellent choice coffee selection perfect location ceiling mould shower mould loud noise

the room was clean and the beds were modern. there was an excellent choice of coffee in the room. the location was perfect for accessing the city and restaurants.

the room was fine, but there was mould on the ceiling in the shower. the fan made a loud noise and it did not work correctly. i would not recommend staying if you want a good night's sleep. the hotel can't do much about it.

city centre cooked breakfast friendly staff

The location was right in the city centre, a great spot to explore! i had a cooked breakfast. It was very good. the staff at breakfast time were friendly.

The hallway noise was a bit of an issue. I could hear doors banging.
