“This is a hotel that aims high, reflected in its luxurious interiors and features like custom-designed wood-fired ovens, plus a prime location near Limerick's attractions; the executive lounge also adds an exclusive touch. However, some experiences seem inconsistent with its 5-star billing, and I think that addressing these operational issues would allow it to fully deliver on its promise.”
