Really good amenities and service
spacious suite useful fridge working coffee maker comfortable pillows
The junior suite was spacious. It featured robes, slippers, a fridge, and a coffee maker. Access to the lounge provided drinks and snacks. I had a good view. The hotel provided a free upgrade to a junior suite, both huge and beautifully appointed I loved the pillows in particular. I slept well.
The pool was small. Certain spa facilities were not operational.

The rooms include robes and slippers. A coffee maker is present. Rooms offer access to the lounge for drinks and snacks. Room sizes are generous.

The staff was lovely and cute. One staff member was helpful. Staff addressed requests with accommodation. Restaurant service was fast and effective plus the staff smiled.

Really good Hotel Stay
convenient parking great discount dining options
I found very easy parking in the nearby Q-Park Cornmarket Square garage. The hotel offers a discount, quite helpful. The location provides easy access to various dining options, which I really appreciated. I definitely enjoyed having several choices within a short walking distance.
The air conditioning seemed to have some issues. It wasn't as effective as I expected.

The breakfast had china cups and saucers. The hotel provided access to a pool. I saw the lower level was clean. The hotel offers an executive lounge to some of its guests.

The hotel's location is convenient, with several tourist areas easily accessible. I could walk to King John's Castle, Milk Market, and shopping areas. I also found a lovely wetlands area a short walk away.

The room was immaculate, and I found the beds very comfortable. I had extra pillows. I really appreciated the extra attention to detail to ensure a restful environment.

broken air conditioning unbearably hot
The location was fine. The room was clean.
the air conditioning did not work, though i reported it, nothing was done. the room became unbearably hot, and sleeping was difficult. i asked for a fan, it helped little.
