The lake view room was fine. The views were really good. the bed and couches were so comfortable. i really liked the coffee machine in the room and all the suite facilities worked perfectly.

The pool area's decor felt tired. the changing rooms felt cramped. They were located far from the pool. tiles looked dirty and everything felt dated.

The room size was very good and it had comfy beds. The scenery from the hotel overlooking the lake was also charming.

The room felt quite cold and the wind whistled through the balcony door at night. There was an overpowering smell of air freshener in the room when I arrived.

The lake view from my room was gorgeous, and I enjoyed it a lot. The food in the Lake Restaurant was excellent and the service met my expectations. I also appreciated the convenient location for exploring Killarney National Park and the Ring of Kerry (I'll definitely be back!).

The pool area felt somewhat dated. The changing rooms were cramped and required a walk and spiral staircase to reach, inconvenient.

the breakfast had a superb cooked menu. there was also an excellent buffet selection to suit all tastes. the thermal suite was a real highlight (i especially liked the steam room). the staff were superb, friendly, and accommodating.

i rang ahead, but i felt unwelcome at reception. the lady was dismissive, not the warm welcome expected. i mentioned our anniversary, but there were no upgrades offered. the whole place felt devoid of atmosphere.

the pool looked tired it resembled a standard leisure center more than a luxury spa kids ran and jumped constantly i expected some adult-only relaxation the thermal suite was only available for one hour time slots felt very limited considering the facilities the steam room was also out of order that didn't enhance the experience
