The grounds were lovely. I could spend time outdoors.

The gym was very basic. The hot tub was not working. The room had mold and dust. Breakfast was underwhelming for the price.

noisy fan bland dinner

the single room i received was not up to standard. it cost £264 and faced the car park above the reception. there was no air conditioning, only a noisy desk fan. the dinner i ate in the main restaurant lacked flavour, a true disappointment considering the price i paid.

fantastic stay!

lakeside location excursion tip delicious food

The location is AMAZING! it is directly on the lake! i loved that walking and hiking started right from the hotel. the service was also perfect. I got great tips for excursions. bistro food was delicious!!!

The business rooms would not allow closed doors. It was very loud being next to the bar. it was not a great place if you need to work remotely.

Really good Lakeside Stay

I found the staff helpful. The breakfast included a wide range of food. I got a table by the window with fantastic views. The experience was good. Muckross Abbey and Torc Waterfall were accessible directly from the hotel. I found the nature trails convenient. The restaurant service was excellent.
