I enjoyed my stay. The staff was so friendly and cute making the experience wonderful. The room provided a lake view that was amazing. I also found the bed very comfortable ensuring a restful sleep.

The room initially felt a little cold, but it warmed up quickly.

i found ample parking spaces located at both the front and rear entrances of the hotel. the room included a kettle, a coffee machine with pods, and shortbread biscuits. i noted complimentary slippers were provided in my room to take home. a bathrobe was available for use .

the hotel was a bit outdated upon CLOSER inspection, especially in the bathroom area.

wow, what a stay!

amazing staff free upgrade great view comfort

the staff provided an amazing experience. we got a free upgrade to a superior waterfront room (i mean, who wouldn't love that?). the view and comfort were very nice. dinner had great choices and the breakfast buffet offered loads of options. i felt so pampered!

the service in the bar was slow, especially when an event was taking place (i would definitely check that next time).

room upgrade waterfront room polite staff extensive selection

i visited the hotel for a birthday celebration , and the reception staff surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. they also arranged for our friends to be in the adjacent room , which was fantastic. the waterfront room had amazing views and luxurious amenities. breakfast was delivered to our room , the staff were polite , and the selection was extensive.

i noticed the walls are a bit thin , so hallway conversations were audible at times.
