Central Location and Stylish Room
central location velvet couch friendly staff
I appreciated the central location. It was easy to reach main attractions. The room featured a velvet couch and creative decor. The staff was friendly and helpful, I also found the breakfast delicious and plentiful.
The bathroom had a glass door with a gap, it lacked privacy.

The hotel provided discounted parking. This was convenient. The location provided easy walking access to pubs, restaurants, shops, and live music venues, it was very central!

The room included a massive bed that was comfortable. The shower offered serious power. This was appreciated after a long day. Rooms were modern and comfy.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were always ready to help. One barman, Mateo, offered an excellent service. He provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants.

Breakfast included a grab-and-go option with bagels, wraps, and soft rolls. These included various sausage, egg, and bacon mixes and all were hot. Readymade tubs of fruit, granola, yogurts, and pastries were available also.

the hotel has a fantastic central location. the spanish arch and city museum are very close. jfk park on eire square is a short walk. the staff assisted with arranging a taxi.
i noticed a slight onion smell upon returning around 10:00 pm one evening.

The staff was helpful with questions. They were very informative. check-in and check-out were handled by a lovely lady behind the counter. thaisy at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful with any questions.

the hotel had discounted parking. there was a breakfast option to grab what you wanted and go. coffee, tea, and snacks were available . the hotel was nicely decorated and warm.

The hotel is very close to the main pedestrian shopping and dining streets. i could walk everywhere. Pubs, restaurants, and shops were all accessible. the location is in the heart of everything.

soaked carpet window banging
The location was acceptable for walking around. The lobby accommodated breakfast and after-adventure drinks.
The room had some serious issues. A water patch sat on the carpet from the shower room. The carpet was soaked, and someone started banging on windows at 8:30 a.m. I emailed the hotel, but no one contacted me.
