Dining: Canal Bar Bistro
The Canal Bar Bistro is open seven days a week from 10 AM, serving food from 12:30 PM. It provides a hearty menu with daily specials, a wine list, and barista coffee. The restaurant is the location for guests with evening meals included, especially on Friday and Saturday evenings, Bank Holiday's and peak season dates. For those who prefer to dine in our Canal Bar, prebooking is advised. The last dinner sitting is at 8:45 PM. Children with the kids zone package will dine with the kids zone staff at 5:45 PM; otherwise, a voucher is provided for children to dine in the bar/restaurant.

The Shearwater Hotel & Spa includes a spa, a fitness center, and beauty rooms. The Spa offers Image and Yon-ka treatments. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool with a lane, a kids' pool, and a jacuzzi. The Kid's Zone will only be open during Midterm Breaks.
