heavy door inadequate accessibility

Breakfast was good with a lot of variety.

The revolving door at the hotel's entrance is not large enough for wheelchair access. Emergency fire doors open only from the inside. The accessible bedroom has a very heavy door. This made it difficult to open. The shower seat lacks back or arm support.

The family room was spacious and clean. Four water bottles were in the room. I found four towels provided for each person. The restaurant had good food and helpful staff.

Access to the thermal suite required an extra fee, which I found surprising given the cost of the stay.
