amazing riverfront experience!
spacious balcony clean pools river view
the location was fantastic. our beautiful double room river view included a spacious balcony. the two pools were sparkling clean, i really enjoyed them! the restaurant overlooked the river, it had such a nice view. i loved the onsite restaurant, the food was super!
the room lighting was a bit dim, i would have liked brighter lights.

The staff were friendly and helpful! they answered all my questions. the laundry service was reasonably priced and efficient. My clothes came back perfectly clean! overall, the service exceeded my expectations.

early noise lukewarm food
My room faced the staff area, and it was far from quiet. Staff conversations started early around 7 AM and I could hear them clearly. The noise. Also the breakfast buffet lacked variety. The hot food was often lukewarm like it had been sitting there for a while.

cold food many mosquitos
The breakfast was pretty underwhelming. The hot food wasn't actually hot. It was COLD. the room overlooked a pond, LOTS of mosquitos. I should have brought mosquito repellent.

Okay place near the river

The location of this resort is right by the riverside. The staff were very kind and helpful with my requests. The resort provides a direct minibus service to Ayutthaya. It was super convenient.
The first thing I noticed in the room was a list of costings for every little thing. There were charges for getting a towel dirty. This included everything in the room, linen, towels, and glasses. The steps to the rectangular pool were lethal. They were very slippery. I think they need tiles with something more sensible.
