tranquil stay
nice balcony really good staff modern touch
i had a club king room balcony, it was very nice. the balcony offered views of the skyline and pool. the staff at the club lounge were really good, especially p, noom, keati, and maria, they provided great service. i appreciate the automatic toilet in the room, it added a modern touch.
the gym schedule was sometimes inaccurate, classes listed were occasionally unavailable.

the front office manager, kaewta, gave a warm welcome. breeze and the entire team, including june and maria, provided professional service. staff members like por, dali, sai, toey, nink, and foam are friendly and helpful.

the hotel features a superb outdoor pool with mini cabanas and sun loungers. the spa is designed in a beautiful thai style. guests have access to all facilities, even after checkout, this allows flexibility before late flights.

The breakfast buffet was great. It offered many options.
I felt the room service was slow. My order took over an hour to arrive. i was a little disappointed. the delay impacted my schedule.

Really good Experience
equipped gym relaxing space rainfall shower
I appreciated the well-equipped gym. It included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The outdoor pool provided a relaxing space with twenty loungers and a shaded area. The rooms feature separate sinks and a rainfall shower.
