excellent location convenient transportation diverse buffet
The location was excellent. It was very close to the train station offering convenient transportation. There were also many restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast buffet had good choices including both Western and Asian dishes.
The room was a bit smaller than expected.

The rooftop swimming pool provided a wonderful view of the city skyline day and night. breakfast had good coffee with fresh fruits. a 7-eleven store was a short 5-minute walk away. The metro was a 10-minute walk.
housekeeping did not replace sheets until i asked. towels were refolded and put back in place. some housekeeping staff acted rudely and without hospitality.

The staff provided excellent service at the rooftop restaurant. The front desk promptly corrected a room request issue. The rooftop pool area offered a great space to relax.
The hotel's carpet had a slight odor that lingered.
