vibrant and well-appointed stay

amazing design energetic vibe dedicated staff rooftop veranda

i found the hotel's design amazing, a place filled with energetic vibes. the staff anticipated needs efficiently. the kitchen staff prepared a birthday cake and decorated my room with balloons. the rooftop veranda provides a great city view, with a skywalk connecting to central world.

the ground floor requires two elevators to reach from rooms.

confusing lobby tiny rooms

the location was acceptable. i could get to central world without too much hassle.

i hate to say it but the check-in experience wasn't smooth at all. it seemed like i was checking into a bar, not a hotel, and the staff seemed a bit lost. the rooms? tiny. i had to practically live out of my suitcase. plus, needing two elevators to get to the ground floor? seriously?
