i enjoyed the direct river views from my room. seeing boats pass by and iconsiam mall lit up was quite a sight. the hotel ferry to iconsiam and central pier was very convenient. our room had a desk, chair, and a relaxing chair with an ottoman.
The gym needed a thorough cleaning. I noticed some dust on the equipment.

the hotel is next to a mall. it offers various shopping choices and there is a 7-eleven mini market and pharmacy right outside. this proximity made it easy to get everyday necessities and explore local stores.

The hotel's location is very convenient, especially with the free ferry service to Iconsiam. It ran every half hour, and I found it useful for getting around. The concierge was helpful with taxis. He also stored our luggage since we had a late flight.
Check-in felt disorganized. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member, yet they offered no member benefits, disappointing. The staff seemed almost rude, not cute. Breakfast was crowded and reminded me of a school cafeteria. It felt quite standard, not high quality.

i was frustrated with the slow service at the pool bar. it took forever to get someone's attention, even when it wasn't that busy (i waited about 20 minutes just to order a drink). also, the air conditioning in the gym wasn't working properly. it was uncomfortably warm.
