super clean room easy access attentive staff
The room was super clean and well maintained. Breakfast offered many choices. The hotel's location allows easy access to shopping centers and markets, which I loved. Staff members were attentive to all requests, too.
The gym is rather small, so it can get crowded during peak hours.

helpful staff convenient food
The location is perfect for shopping. Central World and Platinum Mall are close. The staff on level 1 were very helpful, always opening car doors. It was convenient to order food with Grab, and it was picked up easily from level 1. The room was spacious and clean. but the bed was comfortable.

superb stay!
large tv modern room attentive staff
the hotel room was modern. it included a large tv and a well-stocked mini-bar. the location was fantastic! it was close to many shops and restaurants. the staff was amazing!!! they were always ready to help and very attentive to my needs.
the entrance was on the 9th floor, so it was a little inconvenient to get to the lobby initially.
