The staff were very helpful. they arranged everything i needed and even walked me to a nearby restaurant one evening. the turkish bath was also a fantastic addition to my stay. Such a treat. i very much loved that the service was prompt and detailed.

The location was AMAZING. It's a short walk to key attractions. The staff were amazing hosts. The room was very clean. The receptionist had great knowledge and was willing to speak my language.

the location it is great. it is very close to many popular attractions. breakfast had many options and it tasted good. the staff members were helpful and they always smiled.
the air conditioning did not work well. it turned off at night. there was much noise from outside. the noise insulation was not good, especially from cleaners and adjacent rooms.

The location made it easy to reach main attractions. The Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar, Blue Mosque, and Hagia Sophia were a short walk. Many restaurants were nearby the hotel. Breakfast included a wide variety. Staff members were very attentive and helpful .
The hotel did not have parking which was inconvenient.
