deficient plumbing excessive noise
the location was acceptable as i could easily access public transport.
the plumbing in the bathroom was deficient and not repaired . despite reporting the problem, no effective solution presented itself. the noise from the adjacent street was excessive, it caused considerable disruption.

noisy room no smoking
the location is close to galata bridge lots of nice restaurants are in walking distance.
my room was noisy it was on the seventh floor directly under the restaurant the trade-off with the noise was not worth it the hotel was supposed to be no smoking but the people on my floor were clearly smoking and no staff cared

continuous support cheerful attitude hard pillows noisy street
Mr. sedat provided continuous support and kindness. ms. sila had a cheerful attitude and delivered food to my room. mr sinan assisted me with my luggage. This was helpful. the housekeeping team kept my room clean.
The pillows provided were hard. This made them uncomfortable for sleeping. the plumbing under the bathroom sink was loose. Water poured all over the floor. we had to switch to a smaller room. the new room was on a busy street and it was very noisy.
