Glewstone Court features nine bedrooms finished to a high standard. The Gainsborough Suite includes a king-sized emperor bed and views of orchards and the countryside. It includes a mini fridge, Nespresso machine, and underfloor heating in the bathroom. The large superior room has a luxury king-size bed and views of the 500-year-old Cedar of Lebanon. It can accommodate extra single beds and features a roll-top bath, walk-in shower, and double French vanity sink. The Tennyson Suite has 600 square feet of living space, two separate bedrooms, and a shared bathroom. It includes a super king bed that can convert into twin beds, plus a double bed. The Keats and Austen rooms are dog friendly with king-sized beds and either a bath or walk-in shower.

Glewstone Court offers an extensive selection of dining options, including a six-course tasting menu featuring local produce. The award-winning restaurant sources local ingredients within a 30-mile radius of Ross-on-Wye. Champagne and canapés are served in the courtyard or lounge. Lunch and candlelit dinners are served in the formal dining room. The head chef creates a six-course tasting menu with matched wines presented by Tanners.
