The room was nice and neat. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They even helped return a valuable lost item to us after we flew home.
This was a problem for us as my wife has knee issues and can't climb stairs.

small roommissing towels
the room i stayed in was quite small. the shower also felt cramped. i was only there for a few nights, but any longer and the size would have bothered me. the cleaners seemed to forget to restock towels so i had to call for them late one night.

The location near the metro stop and Gare du Nord was useful. I found several restaurants and cafes close by. Staff members were very helpful and friendly.
My room was small. The shower room was also too small. Luckily my stay was only for a few days, since any longer would have been annoying.

the staff was really helpful. i received great recommendations for nearby restaurants and cafes. the location was also very convenient. i could easily walk to many attractions and the metro was close by.
the room was quite small. there wasn't much space for luggage. also, the street outside was a bit noisy at night. sleeping required earplugs, unfortunately.
