helpful staff clean room interesting shops
the staff was helpful (i even got some good local tips). i found my double room shower to be quite clean. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to several interesting shops.
the elevator felt a little slow sometimes.

Super clean Stay in Prime Location
perfect location twin beds weather consideration
The hotel location proved perfect. It was close to many shops and restaurants. My son and i slept well in twin beds. I noted the rooms lack air conditioning (something to consider for hot weather).

wonderful stay in central location
helpful staff excellent location clean room cozy nook
i found the staff very kind and helpful. the location was excellent for accessing transportation options. it was also easy to walk to place des vosges. there were many restaurants and second-hand clothing stores nearby. the bathroom was newly renovated which i appreciated. i found coffee, madeleines, candies, and purified water available daily at reception. this was a nice touch. the staff kept the rooms very clean. the bed was comfortable too. the hotel provided tea and coffee facilities in the room. the bed was comfortable , made for a good night's sleep. i also appreciated the proximity to notable landmarks. it's great for sightseeing. the breakfast nook was cozy. it had plenty of options for a quick meal. the staff was attentive to ensure everyone had what they needed.
the hotel lacked air conditioning and relied on a fan which i found insufficient on a hot day

The location was quite central. a wide range of restaurants were nearby. The area not sketchy at all! the staff were also friendly and helpful. they held luggage until check-in time.

the street noise from the bar across the street continues late into the night.
