I found the staff were always ready to assist. the location was amazing, a short walk from the eiffel tower. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast. There was a wide variety and good quality. the room was clean and well maintained, contributing to a great stay.
the street noise was slightly noticeable at times, but didn't severely impact my sleep.

the room was very clean and modern. i found many restaurants and a grocery store in the neighborhood (it was so practical!).
the elevator was a little slow at peak times, but it wasn't a big deal.

The front desk staff were very kind.
The lady in the kitchen was so rude! She accused my husband of not paying for breakfast, even though he had. She then demanded my 'boyfriend' return the egg holders. I won't stay there again because of this uncomfortable treatment.
