The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My check-in was smooth as they quickly found a room for me even before the regular time. I even got an upgrade (how nice!). The air conditioning worked properly, and the bed ensured restful nights.

I found the location quite convenient, close to various points of interest (a short walk to the Louvre!). The staff was generally helpful. They kept our baggage on the final day after checkout. This allowed us to enjoy some additional shopping.

The walls seemed thin, and noise traveled easily (especially from disruptive cleaners). I also found the shower temperature difficult to regulate. The water temperature seemed erratic.

the desk staff were very helpful, they helped with directions. breakfast was good and included ham. i appreciated the daily housekeeping service i received.

the room was small. the walls are thin so i could hear noises from other rooms. this made it hard to sleep sometimes.
