Le General Hotel, restyled by interior architect Jean-Philippe Nuel, offers accommodations that includes air conditioning, ironing facilities, heating, and soundproofed rooms. A flat-screen TV and facilities for making hot drinks are provided. Each room includes luxury bathroom amenities by Le Couvent des Minimes. Rooms also come with complimentary water. Guests can choose from Cosy Single Rooms (10 m2, bed 120cm), Cosy Double Rooms (12m2, bed 140cm), Classic Double or Twin Rooms (15 m2, twin beds 2*90 or double bed 140, 160 or 180cm), Deluxe Balcony Rooms (18 m2, double bed 160), Privilege Rooms (18 m2, twin beds 2*90 or extra-large double bed 180), and Junior Suites (25 m2). Select rooms feature a balcony. Rooms come with a Nespresso machine and a Marshall Bluetooth speaker. Some rooms have a private bathroom with a walk-in shower equipped with the Skinjay Essential Oil system, and a second bathroom with a bathtub. A smartphone with free calls to Europe, the USA, and Canada is available in some rooms.

A comprehensive American breakfast is served each morning in the breakfast room weekdays between 7 and 10 am and at the week-end and bank holidays between 7 and 11 am.
