all staff were helpful and friendly. the hotel room was clean. we loved the toiletres. the location was great with lots of nice bakeries in the area. there are also supermarkets and the metro nearby.
there was too much noise. you can hear everything from the other rooms. there was no wifi in the room. we were expecting wifi and this was really annoying since we needed connection . we had to spend more on extra mobile data.

I found four metro stations located within a short five minute walk. This made getting around QUITE easy. Many restaurants and boulangeries were only a couple minutes away. The staff was very friendly and spoke very good english, this.
My room was on the fourth floor. This was inconvenient when carrying luggage. The stairs were a little narrow, a challenge with bags.

The location was ideal near the métro line. The neighborhood felt safe. Breakfast was good with very good coffee and cheeses.
The bathroom needs updating, especially the floors. I saw ants in the bathroom. The room was really small and basic.
