The staff displayed amazing kindness. I really appreciated their efforts to find me a room with cooking facilities. The breakfast was delicious! It was nice that the food was cooked to order.

My stay encountered some issues. the bathroom was rather small, with limited space around the toilet. i also bumped into the shower screen at night. A larger person would find it difficult. the sound insulation was poor. Noise from the bar downstairs disrupted sleep until late.

the staff made my holiday! antonio at the bar was fantastic. he always had a smile and was happy to chat, it meant a lot. adele on reception was so attentive and swift in sorting out a room incident i had. she really were very good too assist and she is very knowledgeable. the cleaners did a great job every time leaving the room perfect, i appreciate that.

The soundproofing in the room wasn't perfect, i could hear some noise from the hallway at times. It was only slightly bothersome though.

I recently returned from an amazing two weeks here. the staff are friendly and helpful. the rooms are always super clean and relaxed. I had a sun terrace room and loved it. the hotel and its staff are a credit.

one minor issue was the noise. i could hear sounds from the corridor easily, and this sometimes disturbed the peace in the room.
