fantastic location WITH great amenities

superb location friendly staff great amenities

the location was superb. the staff greeted us with refreshments and cava upon arrival. sergio, abdul, and angel tailored their service to all guests! the pool, sauna, hammam, gym, and sea daybeds were great.

Despite being hotel guests, we were surprised to learn about the sunbeds additional charge! promotional images feature these amenities, it feels misleading. the charge was 50 euros per person. It surprised me!

The hotel is just on the sea front offering magical views. I liked that. Guests have direct beach access in front of the hotel! it is not a party area, a plus, and offers quiet relaxation.

The breakfast buffet featured everything one could wish to find on majorca. WOW. breakfast was delicious with regional options. the restaurant menu includes fish, meat, and vegetarian choices. I was happy about this.

Decent Hotel, Some Disappointing Aspects

sunbed charge toilet stain

I found a couple of things disappointing. The sunbeds had an extra charge for hotel guests. This seemed a bit much, especially given the price of the room. I noticed a stain in the toilet upon arrival. Not what I expect from a hotel.

extra sunbed charge unclean room

the breakfast was quite extensive i suppose it was adequate

i found the sunbed situation unacceptable guests should not be required to pay extra for sunbeds the charge of €50 per person seemed excessive especially since the hotel's promotional materials highlight these as part of the experience also upon arrival the room was not clean i observed a stain in the toilet
