mixed experience AT the hotel
unfriendly placehigh prices
the staff was difficult to deal with initially. they seated us in a location i found undesirable. furthermore, obtaining a family menu took an unreasonable amount of time i also asked for tap water. that request was denied. prices seemed high for the service received.

The hotel location was fantastic. It was great to eat dinner after a late arrival because the staff were lovely and friendly. The atmosphere felt special.
The shower floor was very slippery. I fell when I came out of the shower and hurt myself. The manager did not care much at all.

The cuisine impressed me a lot. The presentation showed great care, and the produce tasted excellent. i must congratulate the chefs on the food quality. i enjoyed eating in the hotel. i found the staff friendly and helpful. we loved the breakfast.. especially the fresh pastries. the rooms, spa and cinema made a great impact.
