mixed experience AT the hotel
unfriendly place high prices
the staff was difficult to deal with initially. they seated us in a location i found undesirable. furthermore, obtaining a family menu took an unreasonable amount of time i also asked for tap water. that request was denied. prices seemed high for the service received.

center location delicious food
the location was excellent! the center location gave immediate access to many sights. the restaurant served really delicious food, especially from the breakfast menu, though i found that the service was prompt.

loud music faulty air conditioning
the location was perfect for exploring the city center
the dinner menu was the same as the lunch menu i found this repetitive the evening music was far too loud it really detracted from the dining experience the air conditioning in the room did not function properly despite my reporting it

superb stay!
excellent produce friendly staff fresh pastries excellent rooms
The cuisine impressed me a lot. The presentation showed great care, and the produce tasted excellent. i must congratulate the chefs on the food quality. i enjoyed eating in the hotel. i found the staff friendly and helpful. we loved the breakfast.. especially the fresh pastries. the rooms, spa and cinema made a great impact.
