I found the staff to be helpful. They quickly got the room ready for us after our morning arrival (which was great). They also stored our luggage since we had to drive from another city. I appreciate that the location is very close to both the beach and bus stops.
The wi-fi signal was not very strong, and it kept disconnecting. I had to reconnect frequently (which was kind of annoying). This made it a little difficult to plan the next day's activities. A stronger signal would definitely improve the experience.
