i visited the rooftop bar and it has a wonderful vibe. ms montse, who manages the bar, is super friendly and makes great cocktails and tapas.

the room setup felt unusual, with the bathroom area partially open. i heard a lot of noise from the street and courtyard, especially doors slamming and voices. the tv remote didn't work when i arrived, and i had to ask for it to be replaced.

The rooftop terrace offered AMAZING views. The location was REALLY convenient. Cathedral, palace, shopping, and restaurants were within a short walk. The staff proved very pleasant and were always willing to help us with any request.

The gym equipment was quite dated.

Laura greeted me, she emailed me before i arrived. my room was available early. Laura checked me in quickly. i got a tour and info about the spa. it was a really friendly experience!!!

i didn't find the perfect spot. the street felt a little secluded. a busier area would have felt better. it was still easy to reach many sites.
