spacious room comfortable bed professional assistance
the room i had was a superior double room and it was very clean and spacious the bed was comfortable and ensured restful nights plentiful free parking was available outside i found that so convenient the staff offered professional assistance i especially appreciated their restaurant suggestions
the air conditioning in my room didn't seem to operate perfectly i found this somewhat inconvenient

Mediocre Stay with Disturbing Noise
The breakfast was good. A lot to pick from.
The lift noise was a real issue. It kept me up. I stayed on the seventh floor, and I could constantly hear the winding gear. Getting a good night's sleep was impossible because of this.

I enjoyed the ocean view from my balcony each morning. the nespresso coffee with complimentary slippers was a lovely touch! free parking outside the hotel made things easy. the staff offered helpful dinner suggestions. I also appreciated that the room remained clean and spacious. hotel umbrellas were available for borrowing, a thoughtful addition.
the room did not lock properly, unsettling to me.

The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready with taxi bookings. they provided additional items for the room when needed. they also gave good advice. I felt very looked after . the staff were great!

The hotel has a pool bar. It also offers food of high quality. check-in was straightforward, and the team stored bags for us. the team offered pool towels, and they had changing facilities. this was convenient, and made my life easier.

damp smell pool smoking
The room was clean and of a decent size.
The shower room lacked ventilation. As a result, our room constantly smelled damp. People smoked near the pool, which I feel did not reflect a true 4-star experience.

fresh fruit spacious shower convenient towels
the breakfast buffet had many options and i enjoyed the fresh fruit. i liked the shower in my room it was spacious. the hotel provided beach towels and i thought that was convenient.
i noticed a slight stain on one of the towels in the bathroom it was small though.
