the staff was super helpful, and the cleanliness was just amazing!!! i stayed in the economy quadruple room and it was perfect for my needs. the hotel had several lifts, made getting around very easy.

pathetic wifi breakfast price

the hotel provides daily housekeeping and that was acceptable.

the wifi did not work . it was a real problem because i needed to stay connected. the breakfast also disappointed me because it did not feel worth the money.

Solid Stay Near the Haram

cooperative staff early check-in professional check-in available kettle

The staff was indeed very cooperative. They allowed early check-in. Late checkout was also available. I found the room ready upon my late arrival. This was a welcome surprise. The check-in process was very professional.

The WiFi signal was weak in the room. I could only get a reliable connection in the lobby.

Breakfast offered a good selection, there were many choices available each morning. The restaurant manager, Abdul Hafiz, was very helpful. He gave us friendly service during the meals.
