i appreciated the free pick up and drop off service to the haram. the ground floor includes a grocery and barber shop making things accessible. the front desk staff was helpful and efficient.

the hotel offered free bus service to masjidil haram. the bus stop is a little far, but going with a large group of other pilgrims heading to masjidil haram before and after prayer was fun. it created a sense of community.

the room was clean, and i found it well-kept, a comfortable environment i could relax in. the hotel locates about a 20-minute walk from the haram, it was convenient for daily visits. a highlight was the parking facility, it made things easy for travelers like me with a car.

hi, i have been staying here since 2024-11-22 but i have to say that the reception staff is rude. they refuse assistance with anything and immediately say no. your website stated the shuttle goes to masjid e haram but it dropped us at a 20 minute walk.

location was good for two men, i'm not sure how it would be with family. it's near the haram and all services are nearby so very convenient. walking distance is there to haram thru the extension side, though.

A take away food shop is a two minute walk from the hotel. It offers bengali food. supermarket and laundry are also very close, that offers more dining options. fast food restaurant and money exchange services are also within reach.

plenty of parking is available and free. a saloon is within the hotel premises i saw. a mini kitchen is included, and there is a refrigerator. an electric kettle and that is very convenient.

The parking facility proved useful for those arriving by car.

The staff demonstrated a lack of knowledge and provided inadequate assistance. Housekeeping was deficient. The bed was not clean and sheets were not changed . Communication presented a challenge because several staff members had limited English proficiency.
