The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a great choice and tasted really good. My room included a welcome chocolate, what a treat! I liked the comfy bed and fluffy towels.

The noise at night bothered me. I could hear doors banging, hard to sleep well.

lovely staffoverpowering smell

the staff were lovely it seems such a shame about everything else

the smell of bleach was overpowering it really reminded me of i was in a public swimming pool though i didn't see one maybe they just clean a lot i don't know

The staff were friendly and helpful. Sue and gemma were a delight. nothing was too much trouble for them. the room included everything we needed. The beds provided great comfort. the cleaning staff maintained a super clean room every day.

Breakfast was a highlight. It allowed custom selections to maximize enjoyment. guests could order as much food as desired. the wild bean coffee bar offered affordable and excellent food options. I greatly appreciated the selection.

The staff was friendly enough. The location was close to attractions.

The room had issues, like the noisy water tank keeping me awake early each morning. the owner seemed unwilling to address complaints. He acted as if I was making things up. The bathroom setup was bad. My husband couldn't even use the shower. It seems he needs to listen to criticism.

The location is excellent. It is just off the seafront at Central Pier. The staff were friendly and helpful with local attraction information (they offered advice on the best times to visit).

The room was quite clean. Staff provided customer service very focused. Breakfast had a good full English. The location made getting around town very easy.

I noticed a small area in the room had some scuffed paintwork, i believed that it could have done with touch-up. I was told it was due to recent work near the boiler.
