wobbly bedbroken shower

the double bed felt wobbly. ONE corner lifted off the floor when I sat on it with my partner. the shower door was also broken, a BIG disappointment. the room door did not lock properly with the provided key. this.

The shower did not get hot. It started as a cold dribble then got a better flow, but it never got hot. The smell throughout the hotel smelt of damp and the corridors were dated.

i found improvements from my last visit in the same room. a friendly young lady greeted me and helped with my bag, a lovely welcome. the room was much cleaner, and the provided drinks were more generous this time. the wifi worked really well, even on the top floor!

The shower wasn't as hot as i would have liked. It took a while to get a decent flow and never really warmed up.

the young lady who manage the hotel helped me with my luggage. the wifi worked well, i could connect from my room. the room was cleaner compared to my stay previous year. the drinks supply were more generous, it was apreciated.

the corridor smelled of damp. the building felt dated, and it don't look looked after. my room had chipped furniture. the walls looked in a mess, as wallpaper was ripped off.

My room was a good size. I received an upgrade to an en suite, and it added so much value. The staff were so pleasant, they couldn't do enough. I will definitely come back.
