The breakfast options were great and really tasty! The bedding and towels were of a very good quality. Pauline was a fantastic host, she was very friendly and took time each day to chat.

My room was awkward to get to since it was up two flights of stairs. Though the room was well presented.

A massive choice of foods was available for breakfast and I found it to be excellent! The host prepared delicious and thoughtful vegan breakfasts, showing great attention to dietary preferences. Breakfast was great value.

The hotel is close to the Winter Gardens. I was very happy about the location. The location is also near the Tower and other attractions! I found a good social club just around the corner from the hotel.

The breakfast was very good. There was a good variety of options (i liked the fresh fruit). The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.

My room was on the small side. The walls seemed thin. I could hear noise from other rooms. There was no elevator (it was on the third floor), which was slightly inconvenient.
