the room had been reasonably clean which is a bare minimum i guess.

the checkout process seemed like a scam though. they insisted i had something from the minibar i definitely didn't touch. it took arguing and a manager's intervention to avoid paying for it so i dont understand this hassle. also the ac rattled all night and it ruined my sleep, and they acted surprised when i complained.

forgotten luggagepermanent spotlight

The reception staff forgot to bring my luggage to my room upon arrival. i've never seen that in a five-star hotel. it's very disappointing for a five-star hotel. the management of the hotel should ensure this does not happen. also, i could not turn off all the spotlights at night. One spotlight stayed on like a night light.
